What is included in ₹2,999/year?
₹2,999/year is the final customer price, inclusive of applicable taxes. The overview distinguishes confirmed inclusions from proposed scope. Remaining service terms must be agreed before purchase.
Is the website mobile-friendly?
Yes, a responsive business website with up to three pages is included. Additional pages require a separate quotation. Supported-device acceptance remains subject to the agreed scope.
Can it support Kannada and English?
English and Kannada are supported. Other regional languages are subject to agreement. Final copy needs fluent review; this demo is not linguistic certification.
Can customers contact the business through WhatsApp?
A business-approved WhatsApp link is proposed. Automated messaging, ordering and payment processing are excluded.
What does hosting include?
One year of hosting is included. Provider, resource limits, availability and support terms remain to be agreed.
What counts as a content update?
Up to six small updates to existing website content annually are included, each limited to a maximum of 15 minutes of actual work: for example, opening hours, contact corrections, existing product/service descriptions, approved image replacements or existing business information. Redesigns, new features, new pages and major restructuring are excluded, as are e-commerce functionality and extensive content creation. Additional work requires separate agreement or quotation; larger requests are not automatically split into multiple included updates without customer agreement. Turnaround target: two working days after receipt of a complete, valid update request, not a guaranteed service-level agreement. WhatsApp support is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST. This support schedule does not create a response-time guarantee; holiday and working-day counting details remain to be agreed.
How do annual renewals work?
Annual renewal is ₹2,999, subject to published service terms. A renewal reminder will be sent 30 days before subscription expiry. Suspension procedure, export window and data-retention policy remain undecided. No automatic renewal or payment collection is implemented.
Is a custom domain included?
Custom domain registration and renewal are charged separately. The customer owns any separately purchased custom domain. Registration, renewal, account access and transfer arrangements must be agreed with the customer. Hosting ownership, data export and nonrenewal arrangements remain separate decisions.
What happens if I cancel or do not renew?
Cancellation, refunds, export options, retention and hosting end dates require founder-approved terms before purchase.
Is Google Business Profile guidance a ranking guarantee?
No. The package includes up to 2–3 assistance sessions, without guarantees of verification, rankings, customer growth or results.
Opens WhatsApp in a new tab with a fixed package/category message. Your preview name and locality are not included. Nothing is sent automatically. WhatsApp has its own privacy terms; do not send sensitive information.
